Bank Assetpoint Welcomes ProfitStars to Assetpoint Community
ARLINGTON, VA and Dallas, TX (September 28, 2015) – Bank Assetpoint, a nationwide marketplace for bank assets that provides access to new assets, services, and opportunities, and ProfitStars, a division of Jack Henry & Associates (NASDAQ: JKHY) that provides technology solutions to financial institutions and diverse corporate entities, today announced that ProfitStars has joined the Assetpoint Community. ProfitStars provides highly specialized products and services that help financial institutions of every asset size and charter, as well as organizations outside the financial services industry, to mitigate and control risks, optimize revenue and growth opportunities, and contain costs.

It is a hosted and intuitive solution which includes management controls for targeted product returns to provide an Aggregated Portfolio Analysis. RPM is a sophisticated customer profitability system that allows users to get an accurate understanding of customer profitability.
Promontory launched the Bank Assetpoint service nationally in October 2013. More than 14,000 participants – including more than 1,300 banks, five of the six largest national commercial real estate brokerage firms, and over ten thousand potential buyers – have become participants in Bank Assetpoint. Eligible participants are able to post or search listings for a wide range of performing and non-performing bank assets, including commercial and industrial loans, consumer loans, real estate loans, and other types of loans and bank-owned commercial real estate. Bank Assetpoint also serves as a hub for connections between marketplace participants.
