If you are an authorized representative of a Participating Institution in CDARS and are accessing the CDARS Application through the secure, members-only area of the Website, confidentiality and security are governed by the Participating Institution Agreement between your institution and Promontory.

Promontory is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of information we collect through the secure, members-only area of the Website. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. When you access the secure area of the Website, a strongly encrypted session cookie is created and stored on your personal computer. Cookies are small files that save information about your visit. The encrypted cookie contains only your "user id" and session information.
